My entire experience with Personal Movers and its service providers has been positive from start to finish. Julio and Alfred were the customer service representatives who assisted me with my estimate over the phone. They were very professional and made me feel confident about my decision to hire movers. On the day of the move, all 3 movers worked so carefully and efficiently to get my furniture and personal belongings from Calgary to Edmonton. All items arrived without any scratches or damages. I appreciate the customer service phone calls that I received before and after the move. Overall, I am impressed with Personal Movers and would recommend them to anyone in the future.
The team was absolutely amazing! Best movers I have ever used. We had a large house with a ton of furniture. They were on time, efficient, and took the utmost care with our items. Wrapping everything well and ensured nothing got damaged. Everyone on the team were incredibly friendly and seemed they enjoyed what they did. Hard to do when you are carrying furniture for 9 hours in 27 degree heat! I highly recommend this company for your next move. Very satisfied.
Great move. Movers arrived earlier than expected making sure I was happy with all the paperwork so they can start the job and finish as early as possible. They finished the job earlier than we were quoted and they wrapped every piece of furniture making sure it wouldn't break. I highly recommend personal movers if you need a job done fast and damage free.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended. The movers arrived to our house on time and were very pleasant to deal with. Alfred (our moving consultant) kept us informed via e-mails, text messages and phone calls and helped us through the process and was very thorough with the estimate. On the day, the movers arrived exactly at the time as we expected them, were all very friendly, worked exceptionally hard all day (12 hours) without a single complaint in extreme hot conditions, were very careful with our stuff and brand new hardwood floors, placed floor mats to protect them and generally went above and beyond to help us. No damages were done to any of our furniture. I highly recommend Personal Movers for your next move!! We will for sure use you guys again for our future move, thank yoU!
Seamless. From the initial conversation around dates and confirming our booking through to the finality of our move, excellent. Every piece of furniture wrapped in pads and taped. Sofa, stretch wrapped. Superior attention to detail. We “downsized” from a two storey to another location with two sets of stairs. At no point did the crew utter a voice of discontent choosing instead to be helpful and interactive. A very long day for all involved and through to the end the team remained amazing. Management called when the job was completed to ensure our satisfaction and enquire regarding one or two rare antiques. Highly recommend this firm and their professionalism. We could have found “cheaper” but in the end, the truth is you get what you pay for.
We had just arrived in Cochrane and we needed help to unload our belongings. On short notice, Personal Movers were able to get us help the very next day. Sammy and his partner arrived to our new home on time and were super professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and very hard working. We were very pleased with the service they provided and it was completed within the time we requested. They helped us unload a fully loaded 26ft Uhaul truck into our new home. I would highly recommend Personal Movers and will use them again in the future if we require that type of service again. Thank you again, very much appreciated.
We had such a great and fast move with Personal Movers! They were moving way faster than I could process and everything was done so well! The movers were very nice and we chatted and laughed all day through the move. Highly recommend!
